Meet the Team

At Forty-11 Learning, we’re a small team of experienced educators who truly love what we do. With decades of classroom experience between us, we support students with thoughtful instruction, encouragement, and a whole-child approach that goes beyond academics. We partner closely with families to help students build confidence, grow their skills, and feel proud of the progress they’re making.

A Letter to Our Families

Dear Families,

At the heart of Forty-11 Learning is a simple belief: learning works best when students feel safe, supported, and capable. Knowledge is powerful—but only when a child feels confident enough to use it. When students understand how they learn and are given tools that actually work for them, confidence begins to grow naturally.

I also believe confidence isn’t built through perfection. It grows through small wins, clear strategies, and steady encouragement. Students need space to try, to struggle productively, and to experience success step by step. My work centers on helping students feel capable—because when they do, growth follows.

Every child learns differently, and those differences are not weaknesses—they are strengths. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. Students thrive when instruction honors who they are, how their brains work, and what they need to feel supported. That’s why I focus on personalized mindset shifts, effective learning methods, and simple management systems designed around each child—not the other way around.

“Live and Let Learn” is more than a slogan—it’s the philosophy that guides everything I do. I believe students are whole people, not test scores. Academic progress matters, but so do curiosity, creativity, balance, and joy. Success can look different for every child, and a student’s worth is never defined by a grade.

At Forty-11 Learning, we celebrate growth in all its forms—academic progress, yes, but also effort, resilience, confidence, and self-belief. I partner closely with families because student success is always a team effort, and meaningful growth happens best when we work together.

My hope is that every student I work with feels encouraged to live fully, try bravely, and learn along the way—whatever that journey looks like for them.

Live and Let Learn,
Kylie
